HVAC Air Conditioning Chiller AC Repair Technician / Engineer

The Role Position: Air Conditioning Engineer (HVAC) or Air Conditioning Chiller AC Repair Technician. This is a HVAC Technician role where you will be physically repairing faulty air-conditioning in apartment blocks and offices.

1. AC Installation: Professional installation of new air conditioning units, including split ACs, central AC systems, and ducted units.
2. AC Repair: Diagnosing and fixing issues such as refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, electrical problems, and cooling inefficiencies.
3. Maintenance Services: Regular cleaning, servicing, and tune-ups to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of AC units.
4. Emergency Repairs: 24/7 emergency repair services to address urgent breakdowns, especially during peak summer months.
5. Duct Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning and repairing air ducts to improve air quality and system efficiency.
6. Energy Efficiency Solutions: Providing advice and solutions to reduce energy consumption and lower electricity bills.
7. Smart AC Solutions: Installation and integration of smart thermostats and IoT-enabled AC systems for remote control and energy management.

• Must have a driving license.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Must have excellent knowledge and ability to fix air-conditioning systems and related repairs.
