Corporate Disputes & Litigation: Handle corporate disputes, litigation, and legal issues.Litigation Management: Manage litigation portfolios and collaborate with local advocates.Networking: Build relationships with Emirati lawyers for effective representation.Company Formation & Licensing: Guide clients in establishing companies in the UAE, including DIFC setups, and draft necessary documentation.Corporate Structuring & Compliance: Provide expertise in corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and due diligence.Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.Representation: Represent the organization in legal proceedings and mediations.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.Legal Advisory: Advise senior management on risk and dispute resolution.External Counsel Coordination: Liaise with external counsel to manage legal services efficiently.Requirements:Must have experience in Legal forms or consultancies.Experience: 10+ years in corporate law with a focus on disputes, litigation, and company formation.Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE legal frameworks, court procedures, and regulatory requirements.Professional Network: Established connections with Emirati lawyers.Language Skills: Proficient in English; Arabic preferred.Skills: Excellent negotiation, analytical, and multitasking abilities.Work Environment: Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.Educational Qualification: Law degree (LLB); LLM preferred.
