Our client is a prominent real estate development company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They are keen to appoint a Head of Projects Delivery.The Head of Projects Delivery develops overall direction and strategic initiatives for the department, makes decisions on planning, and directs all aspects of real estate activities to meet the goals set by the organization's strategy.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree specializing in civil engineering, architecture, or any other related field is required. Master's degree is an advantage.MBA or equivalent with specialization in management is desirable.At least 15 years of related business experience with a proven track record of achievements in project delivery within a leading real estate organization, 4 of which should have been in a senior management/executive role.
