Kindly note this is a full-time on-site opportunity.Main tasks include:10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing & Methods Engineering.Understand the process to create the following manufacturing data sets through configuration systems:Manufacturing Plan/ DossierManufacturing Bills of MaterialsProcess routingsWork InstructionsNC programs (Cutter, Laser, Milling, CMM)Support senior engineers in creating and maintaining the above mentioned.Keep abreast with the manufacturing and engineering methodologies.Support/Work with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) or Sustaining Teams to provide resource support for Program activities.Material & Process:Provide inputs to Engineer to analyze and identify the root causes of simple process issues in production, and develop and implement permanent solutions.Understand the identified new technology and equipment for process control and cost reduction.Stakeholder Management:Participate in internal meetings to update the stakeholders on the status of manufacturing engineering related to one's scope of work, highlight any critical risks, and share the mitigation strategies.
