In this role, you will work closely with clients across industries to deliver tailored data solutions that address their unique business challenges. The Solutions Data Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data strategies, tools, and processes, helping clients unlock the full potential of their data assets. This position requires strong expertise in data analysis, integration, and architecture, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for clients.Key Responsibilities:Client-Focused Data Solutions: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, and translate them into actionable data strategies. Design and implement custom data solutions, including data models, integration strategies, and reporting frameworks, that address client-specific requirements. Identify and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies that help clients improve data accessibility, quality, and usability.Data Integration and Optimization: Lead data integration efforts by designing seamless data pipelines and ensuring data flows efficiently between disparate systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses, cloud platforms). Optimize data architecture and storage solutions to enable efficient querying, reporting, and analysis. Ensure that the data solution meets clients' scalability, performance, and security requirements.Data Strategy and Governance: Advise clients on best practices for data governance, including data privacy, security, and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Help clients define data quality frameworks, including data validation, profiling, and cleansing processes. Assist in creating data governance policies and strategies to ensure that data is managed consistently across the organization.Analytics and Reporting: Work with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and design dashboards and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making. Provide recommendations for business intelligence (BI) tools, data visualization platforms, and analytics frameworks. Support clients in the integration of analytics into their operations, helping them derive actionable insights from data.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client teams, including business leaders, IT staff, data engineers, and analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of data solutions. Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Manage expectations and deliverables, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed client requirements.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management, analytics, and cloud computing. Recommend and implement innovative data solutions and practices to improve client operations and competitive advantage. Share knowledge and expertise with internal teams, contributing to the development of thought leadership, internal best practices, and solution frameworks.Project Leadership and Delivery: Lead client projects from discovery through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful execution of data strategies. Develop project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and presentations, to communicate progress and outcomes to clients. Provide training and support to clients as needed to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing use of data solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.years of experience as a Data Consultant, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with a focus on delivering data solutions in a consulting or client-facing environment.Strong expertise in data integration, data modeling, and data architecture.Proficiency with data platforms, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud-based data technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipeline design.Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data visualization best practices.Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality management, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable business insights.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data concepts into business-friendly language.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and advanced analytics techniques.Familiarity with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or automation in data solutions.Previous consulting experience with clients across various industries.Other:Flexibility to travel across the UAE and Middle EastSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
