As the largest ticketing provider in the GCC, we proudly serve an extensive array of events across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Turkey, Bahrain and other countries.Our Expertise: We specialize in a diverse range of ticketing solutions, catering to various sectors including:Large and Small Entertainment EventsComprehensive Business Events, including Visitor Registration Services and BadgingDiverse Sports Event TicketingTourism Attraction TicketingAdvanced Box Office Solutions for Venues including Stadiums and TheatresInnovative Marketing Solutions for Event PromotionAbout the role: As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Attractions products across various countries.Main job responsibilities:Define the product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with the senior management team and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.Drive the development of innovative products and services, establishing new unique selling propositions in key markets and ensuring differentiation from competitors.Maintain comprehensive visibility of product operations and growth, facilitating timely data-informed decisions across the organization.Develop and manage the end-to-end process for collecting business requirements, incorporating inputs from Executives, and ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment.Work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance while ensuring revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals are met.Maintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics to incorporate into product planning.Communicate the state of projects across the organization.Conduct and analyze various A/B testing use cases and optimizations to improve conversions.Qualifications:4+ years experience in product management, preferably in Attractions, ticketing or similar field.English proficiency is a must, and knowledge of Russian or Arabic is an advantage.Experience in A/B testing, research, UX tests.Experienced with agile planning, development, and communication management tools: JIRA, Slack, and similar.Experienced working as part of a distributed & remote team.A great sense for business, technology, and UX - with proven ability to work with business stakeholders and developers, in a dynamic environment.Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them.Experience working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions would be an advantage.Ideally candidate shall be based or willing to move to Dubai. For candidates with relevant experience in Attractions, we are eager to discuss remote work.
