As a Data Scientist at NEXEL, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and deriving actionable insights to solve challenging business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data and machine learning to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and generate predictive analytics.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand data characteristics, identify patterns, and uncover insights that inform model development.Design and develop data pipelines and workflows to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.Evaluate model performance and conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness.Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, contributing to the advancement of analytical capabilities within the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).Experience working with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to approach complex problems in a structured and analytical manner.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, driving meaningful impact through the successful delivery of client projects.Collaborative and supportive work environment, where your contributions are valued and recognized.Competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and advancement.
