Head of Real Estate Investments KSA FocusLocation: Dubai, UAEA leading global asset manager is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Real Estate division and spearhead the launch of a GCC-focused Real Estate Fund. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the fund's strategy and growth, with a significant emphasis on the Saudi Arabian market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the Real Estate segment, launching and managing a new GCC-focused fund.Establish a strong presence in the KSA Real Estate sector, which will comprise 60% of the fund's portfolio.Source and execute direct investment opportunities, leveraging an extensive network of bankers, developers, and key stakeholders.Requirements:10+ years of Real Estate transaction experience in KSA.Proven expertise in direct investments (not fund investments).Extensive network within the Saudi Real Estate market, including banking and development sectors.This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated leader to drive strategic growth in one of the most dynamic Real Estate markets in the GCC.
