Company DescriptionFounded and headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, BitOasis is a leading venture-backed, regulated virtual assets retail trading and custody platform for the GCC and wider Middle East and North Africa region.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a visionary and analytical Sr. Product Manager (Crypto) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our product leadership, you will drive the development and growth of our cutting-edge cryptocurrency products, shaping the future of digital finance in the region and beyond.Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for our cryptocurrency offerings, from ideation to launch and beyond.Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative crypto solutions.Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making.Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user needs and business impact.Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency regulations, and market trends.Present product vision, strategies, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry.Proven track record of successful product launches and driving product growth.Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.Proficiency in user experience (UX) design principles and their application in crypto products.Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the cryptocurrency industry.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Experience with project management tools and techniques.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.Relevant cryptocurrency certifications (e.g., Certified Cryptocurrency Expert) are a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
