Madison Pearl is partnering with a prestigious government entity based in Dubai for a role of Head of IT Operations. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the overall IT infrastructure and operational technology functions within the organization.Key Responsibilities:IT Operations Management: Oversee the daily management of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the IT operations strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business needs.Data Leadership: Co-visioning & crafting consistent value-oriented data driven storylines with business stakeholders, planning and execution of the data & analytics roadmap.Data Analyst: Analyze continual process of data landscape including data literacy, maturity, quality, and governance aspects.Data Architecture: Analyze, interpret, design, and deliver impactful data strategies & plans for improving data integration, data quality, and data delivery in support of business initiatives and roadmaps.Security & Compliance: Ensure that IT operations comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices related to data security, privacy, and risk management.Key Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or similar field.Minimum 7 years of experience, 4 of which have been in leadership roles.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex IT challenges.Experience in working with government institutions and excellent stakeholder relationships.Emirati locals will be preferred.Interested candidates please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to (Confidential Information)*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
