Passion F&B, a leading food and beverage group based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our diverse range of culinary experiences and elevate our brand presence in the competitive F&B market.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

Digital Marketing:Oversee the digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website management.Monitor online presence and engagement, optimizing digital channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Content Creation:Create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the unique selling points of Passion F&B.

Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote new menu launches, special events, and promotions.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Brand Management:Uphold brand standards across all marketing materials and communication channels.Work closely with design teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral.

Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, recommending adjustments as needed.

Partnerships and Sponsorships:Identify and negotiate potential partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brand values and target audience.Coordinate promotional activities with partners to maximize exposure and brand visibility.

Event Coordination:Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring they align with the brand image and marketing objectives.Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event logistics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in a marketing role within the food and beverage industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
