Just as important to us is your ability to demonstrate a talent for dealing with people - your colleagues and our customers - and delivering service that really goes the extra mile.Principle AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement strategic partnership frameworks to foster collaboration with key stakeholders, including fintech companies, technology providers, and other financial institutions.Lead the analytics team to drive data-driven decision-making across all business units, ensuring the effective use of data to enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and identify new business opportunities.Oversee the design and execution of advanced analytics initiatives, leveraging big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to generate actionable insights and support strategic planning.Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations that can enhance the bank's digital capabilities and competitive edge.Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for data governance, data quality, and data privacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform partnership strategies and analytics initiatives.Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the analytics team, promoting the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering mutual trust and collaboration to achieve shared goals.Deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights, progress, and recommendations related to partnerships and analytics.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on partnerships and analytics.Deep understanding of data analytics and digital transformation in the banking sector.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and delivering impactful results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to data management and privacy.Demonstrated ability to lead others.Time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.Ability to work professionally with various levels of staff and management, strong teamwork.Sound judgment, keen sense of urgency and initiative, and high level of professional and personal integrity.Logical thinker, with strong business planning and strategic thinking skills.
