We are a Mumbai-based recruitment agency with an office in Dubai, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Sales / Business Development Professional to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This is a flexible, commission-based role ideal for someone with strong networking and sales skills in the recruitment or HR services space.Key Responsibilities:Identify and prospect potential clients, including HR heads, hiring managers, and business owners, for recruitment services.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Understand client requirements and present tailored recruitment solutions.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets.Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of engagement with clients.Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.Requirements:Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.Strong network of contacts in Mumbai's corporate sector is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.What We Offer:High Commission: Attractive commission structure on every successful client acquisition or deal closure.Flexibility: Work remotely and set your own schedule.Support: Access to marketing materials and back-end support from the recruitment team.Opportunities for Growth: Possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance.
