Our team works on both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, helping corporate and financial buyers gain confidence by analyzing and validating key financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions.Role ResponsibilitiesLead strategy and drive business developmentProvide technical advice across various disciplinesBuild strong internal networks to identify and act on opportunitiesIdentify key issues and opportunities with clientsManage client communications and relationshipsLead and deliver projects that exceed expectationsOversee large projects, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outputManage project financials and engagement profitabilityTrain and coach team members to support their developmentConduct financial due diligence and write reports for corporate, banking, and private equity clientsProvide valuation analysis to help boards and management make informed decisionsContribute to proposals and tailor solutions for clientsSupport internal initiatives like digitization and industry specializationThe Requirements8+ years of experience in M&A, ideally from a professional services backgroundExperience in buy-side, sell-side, and vendor due diligence, particularly in the UAE and Saudi ArabiaSpecialization in transaction advisory services and due diligence, with experience working with large sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) in the Middle East as a plusStrong understanding of due diligence and risk management processesBusiness development mindset and ability to build internal and external networksExperience with large corporate clients and private equity (PE) firmsCPA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification requiredProven ability to manage multi-resource projects and deliver significant business resultsSkilled at mentoring and guiding junior team membersExcellent communication, writing, and presentation skills for diverse audiencesAbility to manage projects and deliver tasks on time with a focus on ownership and accountabilityArabic language skills are a plusWillingness to travel 20% of the time for work, with flexibility for overnight staysWhy you'll love PwCWe're inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
