Roles And ResponsibilitiesSupport the Development of Annual Internal Audit Plan:Support the development of the annual internal audit plan and assist in ensuring compliance with the internal audit annual plan as per industry standards and best practices.Implement the annual IA Plan supporting the Group IA Head/line manager.Implement IA assurance activities, investigations, advisory, and strategic initiatives against the departmental KPI's.Planning & Administration:Assist the development and revision of Internal Audit processes and governance documents (e.g., Charter, P&Ps, etc.) for line manager's review.Assist in the annual risk assessment exercise for formulating department strategy and plans.Ensure compliance with the approved IA processes and P&Ps during the execution of assurance activities.Assist in the implementation of assigned departmental strategic projects.Interview and select suitable candidates for assurance engagements secondments.Monitor service provider's billings and analyze internal audit budgets per engagement and respond to variances.Please note, this role is for a UAE national only.
