We're recruiting a 'Real Estate Manager' for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for somebody who is capable of devising and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth, expanding market share, and maximizing property value.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Management: Oversee property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing, while adeptly negotiating contracts, renewals, and modifications.Listing Management: Utilize various platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, etc., to effectively list and market vacant properties to prospective tenants or buyers.Property Maintenance: Ensure properties are well-maintained and promptly address maintenance and repair needs to uphold tenant satisfaction and property value.Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to cultivate leads, generate referrals, and enhance business prospects.Requirements:Experience in UAE real estate is a must.Driving License is a must.Competitive salary as per current market standards.Other employee benefits as per UAE labour law.
