We're recruiting ' Marketing Head ' for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for someone who is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing the development of brand strategies and identities.Key Responsibilities:Contributes with department heads to develop the annual business plan of the company.Oversees, plans, develops, and executes marketing and advertising initiatives not limited to events, digital, social media, and PR.Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive annual marketing strategy.Creates, manages, and maintains end-to-end digital marketing strategies.Leads a team of event, marketing, content, creative, full stack developer, and production crews to drive day-to-day marketing operations.Forecasts, plans, and manages the marketing budget.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
