This position is required for a company which is currently executing major projects in partitions (Fermacell & Gyproc) & ceilings (Armstrong). The position reports to the Operations Manager. The role is to manage the project at site including:Resource planningMaterials planningExecution management of site supervisorsProductivity of labourers at siteCo-ordination with the clients at siteManagement of inspections and handoverWastage managementCompletion within deadlinesRaising variation claims through the QSThe ideal candidate should be an engineering graduate with extensive experience in handling fit-out projects independently in the GCC. He should be familiar with all the formalities relating to fit-out contracting and should be very strong in man management skills. Knowledge of the products handled and the ability to work meticulously towards the targets is essential.
