Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist - Contract/Temporary Versatile Phoenix HR Consultant LLC, Dubai Drafts Purchase Order (PO) for the procurement of goods. The Administrator role exists to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative, scheduling, and documentation support to the COO office, ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for managing Pluto's current and future highest revenue-generating contracts and clients. Data entry operator, collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that the company's finances are maintained effectively and accurately. It is the overall objective of the Administration Assistant to coordinate the daily warehouse and distribution operations for our customers.
