If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!A boutique interior design house based in Dubai, renowned for their exquisite approach to luxury design, is in the market for a Design Director to head up their team. Specialising in private commissions across a diverse range of projects, including luxury residential estates, upscale commercial spaces, and opulent hotel schemes, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Design Director to lead our team to new heights of excellence.About the Role:As Design Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of our design projects, from concept development through to final execution. Working closely with our esteemed clientele, you will lead a team of talented designers and artisans to deliver bespoke interiors that exceed expectations and set new standards of luxury and sophistication. From conceptualisation to installation, you will ensure that every detail is meticulously crafted to create unforgettable spaces that resonate with our discerning clientele.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design team in conceptualising and executing luxury interior projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions that surpass expectations.Provide creative direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.Oversee all aspects of the design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and FF&E procurement, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating innovative ideas into our design approach to stay ahead of the curve.Qualifications and Experience:Proven track record of success in luxury interior design, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Extensive experience working on high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects, preferably in the Middle East region or internationally.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers to achieve excellence.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.Competitive compensation package with profit share scheme and opportunities for career advancement, with the view to a progressing to MD in the medium to longer term.If you're ready to unleash your creativity, lead a team of exceptional designers, and create extraordinary spaces that redefine luxury living, we want to hear from you!Apply below in strict confidence to Jamie Pearson, MD of Speyhawk Ltd quoting the reference: JP927
