For this role, you will be entering, maintaining, approving, and managing monthly daily credit notes & FOC.Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Making COOP Credit notes on a monthly basis as per approved salesChecking & Approving monthly FOC based on correct sales & ContractsPrepare and submit quarterly claims as per the scheduleApprove customer development agreements (CDA) along with its P&LDoing reconciliation for customers as per requirementConduct training for the Sales Departments for the proper implementation of COOP moduleMonitor expenses as per COOP AgreementEnsure adequate expenditure controls are in place and monitor complianceProvide the Monthly Spending Reports to the channel heads as requiredEnsure that Credit Notes and FOCs are screened and approved as per the agreementHelping team members with any requirements for the coop departmentEnsure smooth relationships with the companyEnsure smooth & healthy relationships with Sales & AR teamJob CategoryAccounting & AuditJob RequirementsExperienceMin: 1 Year | Max: 3 YearsCareer LevelSeniorJob TypeFull TimeVacancies2 Open PositionsSalaryNegotiableGenderAnyDegree LevelBachelor's degreeFaculty / InstituteAnyMajorAccountingAgeAnyNationalityAnyResidence LocationAnyLanguagesEnglish - Very GoodOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyJob SkillsTo be considered, you should have a University degree in finance or accounting with 1-3 years experience in accounting.
