HR GeneralistManpower Professional - Dubai, UAEPosted In 8/12/2013A global Healthcare giant is seeking to recruit a HR Generalist to join their team in Dubai.You will be responsible to support the HR function providing administrative and coordination work.Your main responsibilities will include:Responsible for updating and maintaining data in the HR and Payroll system for regional officesInvolved in the recruitment processEnsure smooth on-boarding process including regular follow up with selected candidates, visa application, ticket and hotel bookingEnsure off-boarding process is followed including exit interviews, reasons for employees' departureAct as the main contact person for the Government Authorities; develop and maintain effective business contacts.Provide HR related advice to employees in regards to new rules and regulationsEnsure leaves are updated, proper documentation is received, leave balance policy is followedResponsible for managing the medical insuranceEnsure intra transfer policy is followedProvide administrative supportResponsible for arranging induction trainingsPrepare offer letters, employment contracts, HR letters and certificatesCreate and maintain accurate employee filesKeep track of due dates in regards to end of expat contract, rent renewal, end of probationEnsure compliance from an audit perspective in regards to all HR processesSuggest and provide feedback on process improvementAssist Head of HR Services in monitoring regional activitiesJob RequirementsExperience: Min: 2 YearsCareer Level: JuniorJob Type: Full TimeVacancies: 3 Open PositionsSalary: NegotiableGender: AnyDegree Level: Bachelor's degreeMajor: Human ResourcesLanguages: English - Fluent / Excellent, Arabic - Fluent / ExcellentJob SkillsTo be considered for the role you must have the following skills and attributes:High school diploma / Bachelor degree preferably in Human ResourcesShould have at least 2 years' experience in HR functions.Excellent communication skills.Analytical thinking and high organizational skillsGood knowledge of the UAE labour law.IT tools utilization.Problem solving skills.Fluency in English and Arabic is a mustAbility to work under pressure.Accuracy in documentation and flexibility are a must.Ability to work independently and yet as a team player.Outstanding documentation skillsAbout The CompanyManpower Professional, a division of Manpower Inc., offers comprehensive, expert recruitment services backed by award winning training, assessment and selection and outsourcing.
