This is a unique opportunity where you will be joining a team of highly qualified professionals who combine medical technology with a patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional standards of care.Key Responsibilities:Diagnosis and Management of Acute Gynaecological or Obstetric complaints, in both inpatient (elective and emergency cases) and outpatient settings.Engagement with Allied Health Professionals to provide a Multi Disciplinary Team approach to patient management.Provision of Expert advice when requested by colleagues within the hospital, including the Emergency Department.Preoperative Assessment: Assessing patients and discussing operative management of underlying Obstetric & Gynaecological complaints.Operative Management: Preparation and undertaking of appropriate surgical intervention as required as per underlying diagnosis.Post Operative Management: Review patients directly post operatively and on routine ward rounds. Provide rehabilitation plan post operatively, and involvement of appropriate Allied Health Professionals. Undertake outpatient clinics to review patients at appropriate time scales post operatively and assess rehabilitation since surgical intervention.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaboration with Allied Healthcare professionals to ensure optimal recovery for patients. Provide consultative advice for colleagues within the hospital environment.Quality Assurance and Research: Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and evidence-based research initiatives. Contribute to academic research and present findings to enhance Obstetric and Gynaecological practices.Leadership and Governance: Drive departmental initiatives, ensuring the implementation of best practices, protocols, and safety standards.Qualifications:Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).Board Certification: Must be obtained from Tier 1 Country.Extensive clinical experience: Preferably 2+ years at Consultant level.Eligibility for licensure with the relevant Health Authority.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesHospitals and Health Care
