Drawing upon your extensive background in healthcare management, you will lead a team of professionals, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained across all departments.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate staff toward achieving organizational objectives.Establish policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operation of the healthcare facility.Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including administrative functions, clinical services, and support services.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvementDevelop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targetsMonitor financial performance and variances, and implement corrective actions as neededOptimize revenue cycle management processes to maximize reimbursement and minimize revenue leakageEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing healthcare operationsImplement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve patient care outcomes and satisfaction.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the organizationBuild and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, families, regulatory agencies, and community partnersIdentify opportunities for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances to expand service offerings and market reachEvaluate and implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance patient care delivery, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomesRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree Must.Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement methodologies.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive change and innovation.Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and revenue cycle operations.
