Job details

Responsibilities:Responsible for material control and handling.Responsible for local purchasing & transportation at site.Responsible for plant construction goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.Analyze materials and data for compliance with QA/QC requirements.Monitor performance, ensuring quality control and creating documentation.Recommend improvements and help with alterations to any construction plans.Oversee the supply chain and delivery of materials.Other duties as assigned by the management.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's/College degree in Material Science or Engineering (B.S. degree is much preferable).Advanced reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in English.Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).Middle East experience preferable.Minimum of 10 years work experience in oil & gas field.Pre-contract experience.About The Company:GS E&C has established its status as a top-ranking company domestically since its foundation in 1969 by achieving tremendous growth in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, housing, plant, environment and power plant.
