Chief Product Officer (CPO) Location: Remote Full-Time RoleThe company is a global blockchain technology organization and a founding entity of a major blockchain platform. It drives the adoption of blockchain technology through the development of innovative products, services, and initiatives. The mission is to create impactful blockchain-based solutions that foster global adoption and elevate blockchain technology's role in solving real-world challenges.As Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will lead the company's product strategy, development, and execution to drive the adoption of blockchain-based products and services. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to align product initiatives with the company's vision while ensuring customer-centric solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:Define and lead the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals.Identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs to shape innovative blockchain products.Oversee end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.Drive collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, and business development teams.Build and mentor a high-performing product management team.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.Ensure products meet the needs of end-users, businesses, and developers within the blockchain ecosystem.Drive adoption by delivering seamless and impactful user experiences.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decisions.Optimize product performance based on feedback, analytics, and market conditions.Work closely with external partners, other ecosystem entities, and stakeholders to advance blockchain-based initiatives.Represent the company's products in industry events and public forums. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of delivering successful products, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS.Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and innovative environment.Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps).Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire a culture of collaboration and innovation.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.Ability to gather insights from diverse stakeholder groups and translate them into actionable strategies.
