We invite you to join our team!  -: Seeking an RN for new Vent Unit. 12-hour shifts available; 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. Sign on Bonus FT $5000  What You'll Do: As an RN on our new ventilator unit, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our long-term ventilator-dependent residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding respiratory therapists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for ventilator-dependent residents
  • Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
  • Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

  -:   What You'll Bring: Qualifications of a Registered Nurse include:
  • Valid state RN nursing license
  • Experience in respiratory care setting is preferred but not required
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
