- Actively visiting potential target partners (sports clubs and facilities) in their locations,
- Engaging with decision-makers to onboard new partners into the system and establishing long-term, strong relationships with them,
- Being responsible for business partnerships, understanding their needs, and building a fair business relationship,
- Managing daily communication and providing support to partners, customers, and users of company services through all possible communication channels,
- Participating in administrative tasks to support other employees, primarily the business partnerships director,
- Working closely with the manager and the team,
- Implementing Benefit Systems' vision, strategy, and product portfolio in the market,
- Attending major and popular sports events when necessary,
- Negotiating cooperation terms with partners, executing and implementing contracts,
- Monitoring the activities of competitors and companies providing services to sports institutions in the market.
