Project Manager - Banking

Our client is an international financial institution, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services. Responsibilities:

• Manage/ Lead treasury, trading and financial / regulatory reporting projects to sustain continuous business growth, new financial products of the Bank
• Identifies and handles project and program dependencies. Lead projects that involve multiple stakeholders, ensuring project charters, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans are prioritized and documented and that risk management processes are in place
• Co-ordinate with all stakeholders including both business, technology and vendor to support both business and system related project implementation.

• At least 5 years of experience in banking
• In depth knowledge of financial products, pre-trade and post-trade activities
• Experience of a variety of banking products, finance/accounting (e.g. GL), best practices and technology, experience on internet banking implementation or operations / remittance is plus
• Understanding treasury management and behavior of related system, e.g. Murex, Summit
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to handle end to end project management
