Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of agile coaches and scrum masters to ensure the effective implementation of agile methodologies across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and refine best practices for agile processes and frameworks within the institution.
- Facilitate key agile events, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to drive continuous improvement and team alignment.
- Coach management and leadership teams on agile principles and practices to foster an agile culture throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of agile frameworks and scaling methodologies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of agile initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments.
- Provide guidance on agile tools and techniques to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Certified Agile Coach (e.g. ICP-ACC, PSM, CSM, SAFe, LeSS) with demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaling methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing agile coaches and scrum masters.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and the ability to apply them in a financial institution setting.
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead effective agile events and workshops.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coach and influence management and leadership teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- Previous experience in a financial institution or similar environment is preferred.
