Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic IT professional to join our Finance & HR Systems team as a Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and production support of our corporate systems, following the system development life cycle. Job Duties: Responsibilities:
- Carry out duties within the system development life cycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and production deployment, in accordance with IT development standards, guidelines and company-wide policies
- Coordinate with vendors to provide timely and effective BAU system support and address any security vulnerabilities
- Liaise with teams across IT division, business users and external vendors to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication
- Perform quality reviews on technical designs, code changes and deliverables
- Adhere to standards and guidelines on application development throughout the development life cycle
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of IT work experience in system development and support for both package and in-house developed systems
- Extensive hands-on development experience using Java, JavaScript and Microsoft development framework & tools such as SQL Server and .NET programming
- Knowledge on RHEL and Microsoft Windows platform
- Proficiency in SDLC methodology and documentation
- Good understanding of cyber security and technology risks
- Strong business domain knowledge on corporate functions such as Finance, Treasury, Procurement and HR would be an added advantage
- Knowledge on Oracle EBS & Hyperion would be an added advantage
- Experience in cloud platform setup, implementation & administration is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
