Title: Director Salary: £70,000 OTE: £200k+ Market: Senior Finance Yorkshire & North East WFH: 2-3 Days/Week I'm delighted to be partnering with a major player in the Yorkshire market. Having placed a key member into their SLT last year, their growth plan has accelerated and now require an additional senior head to bolster an already high performing unit. You would be a sole contributor, with mentorship and general 'aid' responsibilities for the earlier consultants as they grow into their own. This business is deeply engraved within the Commerce & Industry sectors, operating primarily Retained & Exclusive with their closest clients. This has been established through years of good service and previously attracting some of Leeds finest Finance specialists already!
