Senior Care Assistant

Aged Care Support Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our care team at Cleveland Heights Retirement Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality daily care services to our residents, focusing on promoting their independence and well-being. Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to residents with daily tasks, such as personal care, domestic cleaning, and general administrative duties
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
• Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance (required)
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
• Current Police Check clearance (required)
• Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
