Our client is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to lead and improve financial operations. This role offers the chance to shape the financial path of a rapidly growing global company with nearly $1 billion in annual revenue. The successful candidate will be key in developing and executing financial strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance team. What you'll do: As the Head of Finance, your role will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our client's rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing a robust financial strategy that supports long-term growth. Your expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting will be crucial in providing actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant standards across all entities within the Group. Your leadership skills will be essential in promoting a culture of cooperation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement within the finance team. Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability. Supervise the finance team, promoting a culture of cooperation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement. Prepare and manage comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making. Provide regular forecasting updates, including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet projections. Deliver actionable insights through thorough analysis of financial data and business performance. Supervise accounting operations for all entities within the Group (both UK-based and overseas), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Manage reconciliations within Xero and Excel to maintain financial integrity. Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance requirements. Supervise the preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements for multiple entities. Coordinate with external auditors. What you bring: CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) with significant experience in a senior financial position. Big four background (Desirable) Skilled in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting. High proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel capabilities. Experience in a multi-entity, international setting is highly valued. Proven track record in leading and nurturing high-performing teams. Exceptional attention to detail and strategic mindset.
