About You We are seeking a proven CFO / financial leader with a track record of success in financial services/financial sectors or similar environments. You will possess exceptional technical skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a dynamic and expanding organisation. Key Criteria : A minimum of 15+ years’ accounting and financial leadership experience in the Financial Services Industry. Permanent residency in Australia Proven success in a CFO or senior finance executive role within Financial Services. Expertise in consolidations (proportional and statutory), cash flow management, and advanced financial modelling. M&A exposure, particularly in due diligence and deal structuring . A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to mentor and manage teams. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong technical accounting background and the ability to deliver timely, accurate reporting.
