Establish best-in-class SHEQ standards within the engineering services industry. The Role: Remuneration: $250 K-$270 K base salary + executive benefits. Scope: National responsibility, Group-level strategic influence. Position: Executive Leadership Team member, reporting directly to the CEO. Your Profile: We are seeking a results-driven, transformational leader with:A distinguished career in SHEQ leadership, with 10+ years in senior roles. A proven record of delivering organizational and cultural change. Strong commercial and strategic capabilities, with experience in multi-site safety and quality programs. Tertiary qualifications in WHS (minimum Diploma). Exceptional executive-level stakeholder engagement skills. What You Bring: The ability to influence at Board and Executive levels. Expertise in driving SHEQ strategy and embedding cultural transformation. A proven history of achieving commercial outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
