Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey as a Branch Manager? The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is seeking an accomplished Senior Executive to spearhead significant transformation projects enabling the Agency to successfully deliver into the future. As the steward for digital enablement of Australia’s health system, the Agency has a lead role in coordinating national engagement, delivery and adoption of digital health to enable person-centered, connected healthcare. The Agency partners with healthcare providers, the Australian Government, state and territory governments and industry to connect, promote and deliver digital technologies across the health ecosystem. As a Branch Manager (SES Band 1) you will play a pivotal leadership role in leading a new Transformation Office. You will spearhead the identification, development and execution of strategic transformation initiatives to enhance the Agency’s capabilities. These initiatives encompass the implementation of the Agency’s future target operating model, corporate strategy, and enterprise change management strategy. You will foster sustainable relationships within the Agency, across the APS and with external stakeholders. Additionally, you will cultivate a data driven culture, establish enterprise performance metrics, and integrate post-implementation review findings into future initiatives for continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in organisation wide transformation, strategy development, human-centred change management, program management, and stakeholder engagement. Professional knowledge in digital health and a degree in business, economics, or a related field are desirable. Strong corporate citizenship is essential to contribute to the Agency’s legislative and public policy obligations. The Agency has office locations in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. Consideration for an alternate location may be considered on a case-by-case basis with the successful applicant.
