We have opening for Java Tech Lead position. Experience: 6+ years Location: Chennai We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to oversee and guide our development team. The ideal candidate will lead the technical direction of projects, design robust and scalable Java-based solutions, and mentor team members. This role requires hands-on coding expertise, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. -Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). -Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture. -Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus. -Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks. -Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices. -Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). -Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven, Jenkins, Gradle).
