Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic real estate assistant to join our real estate team based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads by reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents. This is a remote position, perfect for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are goal-driven, and have a passion for real estate. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate services.
• Identify client needs and provide basic information about available properties.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the real estate agents.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information about client interactions.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into active clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Stay updated on the real estate market trends, particularly in Los Angeles.

• Proven experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a neutral accent preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other call tools.
• Basic understanding of real estate, preferably in the Los Angeles market.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
