Role Overview: As a Customer Care Representative at Bluer, you will be the voice of our brand and responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our values of empathy, professionalism, and excellence. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to customers through various channels. You will also collect valuable customer feedback, which will play a crucial role in improving our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help customers. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues. • Handle a wide range of customer service tasks, including order tracking, returns and exchanges, product information, and technical support. • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with products, services, or processes. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. • Offer personalized product recommendations and support to enhance the customer experience. • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and logistics, to ensure a smooth customer journey. • Gather and analyse customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvement. • Manage and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior customer care staff or other departments. • Contribute to creating and improving customer service policies, procedures, and FAQ materials. Qualifications: • 0-6 months of experience in customer service or customer care, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. • Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions to customers. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Empathy and a passion for helping others, with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience. • Experience in handling customer complaints and ensuring a positive resolution.
