We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Sales and Business Development team. This role requires an engaging personality, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless passion for social media and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to manage and nurture relationships with key brand partners and influencers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new leads and opportunities through a proactive outreach strategy that combines leveraging existing relationships with cold calling to establish new ones.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing teams to design impactful campaigns and strategies for brands.
- Manage high-profile client relationships with companies, agencies, and other revenue-generating partners.
- Oversee daily sales operations, handle empanelment processes, agreements, and necessary paperwork, and establish monthly content delivery schedules for each client. Actively seek client feedback to maximize satisfaction and ensure exceptional results.
- Scan competitive landscape and ideate on new formats which can augment revenues.
- Take full accountability for accounts from initial contact through negotiation, using integrated selling techniques via email, phone, and video conferencing to expand your assigned territory or category.
- Encourage clients to renew and enhance their engagement with us.
- Develop and maintain a robust business pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Consistently achieve or surpass Business Development goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts.
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members.
- 2-6 years of sales experience in the influencer marketing space, with a focus on selling content solutions, advertising campaigns, and ad slots to brands.
- Strong background in agency and client relationship management , ensuring seamless communication, tailored strategies, and successful campaign execution.
- Proven experience in lead development through various methods, delivering professional presentations, and crafting compelling proposals to close sales and exceed goals.

- A people-oriented individual who patiently understands diverse perspectives and builds strong relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for clarity in all forms of communication.
