Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing L&D strategy for the sales and service employees that aligns with the vision & business goals of the company.
  2. Work closely with Subject matter experts across organization for content development and identifying training gaps
  3. Developing and implementing effective onboarding programs to help employees understand the Culture, vision & mission of the organization
  4. Creation and adherence of training calendars based on need analysis.
  5. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Vendors and Digitalization partners to design new and refresher content for LMS aimed at improving Customer Experience(Mystery audit,NPS)
  6. Training delivery across multiple formats including Classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the –job coaching.
  7. Ensure timely completion of all training activities on LMS including knowledge assessments to drive completion rates.
  8. Analyse data to assess the impact of the learning program and make data driven recommendations for improvement
  9. Monitor training programs, implement feedback mechanisms and address any concerns or issues raised.
  10. To ensure all training related processes for the current and new employees are followed as per the defined process
  11. Managing trainers performance .
  12. Regular markets visits for identifying training needs and areas of employee development.
  13. Design and develop training programs as well as conduct TTT for Skill / Knowledge / Behavioural / Process / Product trainings.
  14. Ensure compliance of audit requirements related to training.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to date training records(Training log, Assessments, Training Calendar, Training feedback etc.)
  16. Ensure Mentor Mentee program is successfully completed, skill tests conducted and pre-confirmation assessments completed in time across regions
  17. To work within the training budget and allocating resources to ensure cost – effectiveness.
Focus Areas: Content Creation, identifying training requirement, training delivery, creating assessments to monitor and evaluate training program for effectiveness, adherence to budget2, planning and execution of training. Years of Functional Experience: 8 to 10 years of work experience in Learning and Development Preferred Industry – Retail, hospitality and QSR . Prior experience in content development, conducting Process, Behavioural and Soft Skills Training is mandatory. This position requires the incumbent to travel across all our locations. Degree/Diploma: Bachelor’s degree in Education, learning and development or related field Relevant experience in designing & delivering training programs using relevant training tools (LMS, Gamification, Project Management tools) Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE , 5E Models) Excellent communication, facilitation and Project management skills.
