Key Responsibilities
- Developing L&D strategy for the sales and service employees that aligns with the vision & business goals of the company.
- Work closely with Subject matter experts across organization for content development and identifying training gaps
- Developing and implementing effective onboarding programs to help employees understand the Culture, vision & mission of the organization
- Creation and adherence of training calendars based on need analysis.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Vendors and Digitalization partners to design new and refresher content for LMS aimed at improving Customer Experience(Mystery audit,NPS)
- Training delivery across multiple formats including Classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the –job coaching.
- Ensure timely completion of all training activities on LMS including knowledge assessments to drive completion rates.
- Analyse data to assess the impact of the learning program and make data driven recommendations for improvement
- Monitor training programs, implement feedback mechanisms and address any concerns or issues raised.
- To ensure all training related processes for the current and new employees are followed as per the defined process
- Managing trainers performance .
- Regular markets visits for identifying training needs and areas of employee development.
- Design and develop training programs as well as conduct TTT for Skill / Knowledge / Behavioural / Process / Product trainings.
- Ensure compliance of audit requirements related to training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to date training records(Training log, Assessments, Training Calendar, Training feedback etc.)
- Ensure Mentor Mentee program is successfully completed, skill tests conducted and pre-confirmation assessments completed in time across regions
- To work within the training budget and allocating resources to ensure cost – effectiveness.
