Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage customer migration projects from initiation to completion.
- Create and maintain detailed migration plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate data migrations with the take-on teams using custom tools and advanced technical skills.
- Monitor migration progress and report updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data errors to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Communicate successes and identify improvement areas to keep migration projects on track.
- Provide post-migration support, including customer training and resolving queries.
- Assist onboarding customers with data clarification and effective use of the software.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and understand complex data to determine the best migration methods.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines within tight timeframes.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, including data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in data analysis and processing is advantageous.
- Financial/accounting knowledge or experience is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- MySQL experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Background in administration management.
