We are looking for a Meta and Google Performance Marketer to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is essential in designing, implementing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns that elevate client engagement and drive conversions. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and continuously refine our strategies for maximum impact.Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to stay aligned with industry trends.
- Develop targeted ad copy and creative suggestions to maximize client engagement.
- Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Generate and analyze daily campaign performance metrics to inform strategic adjustments.
- Manage ad accounts, ensuring correct setup and best practices adherence.
- Implement tracking solutions, including pixel tracking, to measure effectiveness accurately.
- Facilitate CRM integrations to enhance lead management and targeting.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive strategy alignment.
- Perform in-depth PPC analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Review campaign strategies to improve outcomes, implementing enhancements as needed.
- Participate in educational opportunities to stay at the forefront of PPC innovations.
- Conduct social media audits to gauge client online presence and identify improvement areas.
