Job details
An office administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an office. This includes tasks such as: Maintaining office equipment and supplies Coordinating meetings and appointments Answering phones and emails Greeting and assisting visitors Filing and organizing documents Managing travel arrangements Preparing presentations and reports Maintaining office security Developing and implementing office procedures Managing office budgets and expenses Purchasing office supplies and equipment Planning and organizing office events Coordinating with other departments and vendors Providing HR assistance to HR workflow in terms of interview scheduling, HR projects/events planning, etc. Preparing and distributing internal communications within the company, not limited to company announcements Organizing and maintaining office filing systems, both electronic and hard copy Providing effective and efficient administrative support for the full scope of office management, including upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, as well as preparation and coordination for meetings and company events. Working hours: 5 days a week, 9am-6pm Requirements: Minimum Diploma or equivalent in related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant experience as a corporate office admin or secretary to management. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent priority management and organizational skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and meticulous in travel management. Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software (if any). Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage. Possess the right attitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter-departments, including department heads and management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
