يعتبر متخصص البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات دورًا حيويًا في أي منظمة، حيث يتولى مسؤولية تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة الأنظمة التكنولوجية التي تدعم العمليات اليومية. في صناعة البناء والتشييد، يعد هذا الدور ضروريًا لضمان أن جميع الأنظمة تعمل بسلاسة، مما يساهم في تحسين الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف. يتطلب هذا المنصب خبرة في إدارة الشبكات، الخوادم، وأمن المعلومات، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات. Responsibilities:
- تصميم وتنفيذ بنية تحتية تكنولوجيا المعلومات تلبي احتياجات الشركة.
- إدارة وصيانة الشبكات والخوادم لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لمستخدمي تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الشركة.
- تطوير استراتيجيات أمن المعلومات لحماية البيانات الحساسة.
- تنفيذ التحديثات والتعديلات اللازمة على الأنظمة الحالية.
- التعاون مع فرق البناء لضمان تكامل الأنظمة التكنولوجية مع العمليات الميدانية.
- إجراء تقييمات دورية للأداء وتقديم تقارير للإدارة.
- تدريب الموظفين على استخدام الأنظمة الجديدة والبرمجيات.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتفكير النقدي.
- قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- شهادة معترف بها في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الشبكات.
- إلمام بأحدث التقنيات والاتجاهات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- إدارة الشبكات والخوادم.
- أمن المعلومات وحماية البيانات.
- تحليل البيانات وتقييم الأداء.
- مهارات دعم فني وحل المشكلات.
- التواصل الفعال مع الفرق المختلفة.
- معرفة بأنظمة التشغيل المختلفة.
