The Head of Advancement will lead the Advancement team in support of the school's mission, delivering key performance indicators. The role involves annual evaluations, professional development opportunities, and monitoring team operations. School Admissions

  • Oversee admissions process according to the school's Admissions Policy.
  • Enhance the school's reputation through designed experiences.
  • Meet enrolment targets outlined in the annual budget and long-term plans.
  • Provide data-informed reports on enrolment and market trends.
  • Review the Admissions Policy periodically with the Head of Administration.
Communications and Collaboration
  • Oversee all school communications according to the Communications Policy.
  • Maintain clear guidelines for the school's brand, social media, and official publications.
  • Develop and maintain the school's website and other communication platforms.
  • Build and engage with the alumni network to support the school's mission.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders through a coordinated strategy.
Budget, Ordering and Resource Management
  • Set budgets and allocate resources based on priorities.
  • Manage external relations to support a positive image of ISL Qatar.
  • Oversee events including marketing, promotional activities, and fundraising events.
Strategic Leadership The Head of Advancement will provide strategic leadership over admissions, communications, marketing, and alumni engagement. S/he will develop and execute comprehensive advancement strategies aligned with the school's mission, vision, and core values. Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess a bachelor's degree (required).
  • Possess a minimum of three years Director of Advancement or other advancement positions.
  • Demonstrate vision and lead the development of the school's strategic plan.
  • Demonstrate successful experience in conceptualizing and integrating advancement programmes.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and be strategically responsible for brand reputation management, school admissions, marketing, and communications.
  • Possess international experience and/or experience working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Exemplify excellent interpersonal skills and foster a positive school spirit amongst students, staff, and the wider community.
