Senior Cost Consultant /Estimator - Job Middle East

Location : Riyadh, KSA

Salary : 50,000 SAR - 60,000 SAR per month

Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Stafford Lawrence Ltd is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for a Museum project in KSA. This vacancy is with a well-known consultancy organization and the position is based in Riyadh KSA. This position requires previous experience in Museum projects in the Middle East.

Requirements Senior Quantity Surveyor Museums

  • A Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or another relevant construction-related degree qualification
  • MRICS Chartered Status is a requirement for this position
  • Strong Pre and Post Contract estimating and cost-planning experience
  • Previous experience in the Middle East specifically on Museum fit-out projects
  • Circa 10 years post-degree experience in Quantity Surveying with a well-known cost consultancy organization
PLEASE NOTE: Our client requires ALL of the above to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits - Senior Cost Consultant/Estimator Museums

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor can expect a salary of 50,000 SAR - 60,000 SAR total package per month, tax-free. In addition to the basic monthly salary:

  • Holiday Allowance
  • Bonus as per Saudi Law
