Position Purpose

The General Manager will oversee the complete business portfolio and ensure its continued growth in alignment with the corporate strategic plan.
The GM is also expected to lead the entire corporate team by creating and implementing company-wide business strategies that prioritize people, service, and operational excellence, all while maximizing profitability and maintaining an optimal level of delivery service.

Roles And Responsibilities

Examine business trends and competitive activities among customers to enhance the brand's offerings and Brand Equity.
Craft a strategic plan to enhance productivity.
Precisely record and predict business outcomes, encompassing monthly sales, promotions, and initiatives.
Initiate and sustain ongoing assessment of market data, including competitive brand information, and monitor brand performance compared to direct competitors.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to elevate the brand's position.
Provide leadership and motivation to the team while formulating a growth strategy.
Take responsibility, in partnership with the Head of Finance, for creating and managing the annual budgets, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow of the business.

Technical And Professional Requirements

A minimum of a decade of experience in a related field is required.
Demonstrated accomplishments in a managerial position.
Effective decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication, teamwork, and delegation capabilities.
A track record of creating and attaining financial plans.
Capability to inspire and guide employees while maintaining accountability.
Proficient understanding of operational processes.
