We’re seeking a Senior Empowerment Trainer to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of advanced training programs. Join us to drive organizational success through skill-building and employee development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Program Development:

  • Design and create comprehensive training programs tailored to departmental needs.
  • Develop engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating best practices into training strategies.
2. Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for employees at all organizational levels.
  • Leverage innovative instructional methods and technologies to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to inspire growth and skill development.
3. Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, collect participant feedback, and refine training content.
  • Recommend improvements to align training with organizational goals.
4. Mentoring and Coaching:
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers and staff.
  • Support employees in achieving their professional development goals through coaching.
5. Collaboration:
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and align initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to integrate specialized training expertise when needed.
6. Administration and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For: Knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s degree in training and development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in Training Practice (CTP), CIPD, TOT, or equivalent. Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • High proficiency in MS Teams, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with flexible working hours based on training schedules.
  • Occasional travel to company locations or training sites as required.
