Are you an experienced and passionate trainer ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a Senior Empowerment Trainer to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of advanced training programs. Join us to drive organizational success through skill-building and employee development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Program Development:
- Design and create comprehensive training programs tailored to departmental needs.
- Develop engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating best practices into training strategies.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for employees at all organizational levels.
- Leverage innovative instructional methods and technologies to optimize learning outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to inspire growth and skill development.
- Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, collect participant feedback, and refine training content.
- Recommend improvements to align training with organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers and staff.
- Support employees in achieving their professional development goals through coaching.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and align initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with external vendors to integrate specialized training expertise when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in training and development, human resources, or a related field.
- Certification in Training Practice (CTP), CIPD, TOT, or equivalent. Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- High proficiency in MS Teams, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
- Full-time position with flexible working hours based on training schedules.
- Occasional travel to company locations or training sites as required.
